The terms that apply when your team uses Takarda to read documents and download the results.

Using Takarda.
These terms apply when you use Takarda. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that company, and that the people you invite will follow them.
Takarda AI reads. You confirm.
You look at every file and confirm it before it can be downloaded, and you are responsible for what you download and who receives it.
No tax, legal or customs advice.
Takarda does not give tax, legal or customs advice. It does not issue or submit invoices to the Nigeria Revenue Service and does not prepare or submit declarations to Customs.
Readings can be wrong.
Takarda AI reads printed and handwritten pages, and a reading can be wrong. Fixed checks flag many problems, but they cannot find every one. That is why you confirm each file. We are not liable for a decision made on a value you confirmed.
Your documents.
The documents you upload belong to you. You confirm you may upload them. We use them only to provide the service and as the privacy notice describes. We never use your name or logo without your written yes, which you can withdraw at any time.
Plans, billing and cancellation.
Plans run month to month and are priced in naira, plus VAT of 7.5%. You pay for the pages Takarda reads each month, as the pricing page sets out. You can cancel any time. Your plan ends when the month you paid for ends.
Downloads and record keeping.
A download holds the confirmed version of each file at the time you download it. You are responsible for keeping the records your business and the law require.
Ending your account.
You can close your account at any time. You can ask for your data back as downloads first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other accounts at risk.
Liability and governing law.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a decision made on a value you confirmed. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
